using worm gear clamps, puple primer
& heavy body cement).

(Glue saddle onto the pipe using primer & glue, holding fast with worm gear clamps would be a good thing, then cut hole through saddle and pipe with drill or hole saw,
don't disturb for an hour, then turn water back on)
