1. You ask your customers to buy in carton quantities...can I order in broken quantities when I really need to?
We have priced our fittings based on the time and labor savings expectation of getting to ship in sealed factory cartons, not individually "counting out" any fittings, but yes, we'll allow a certain amount of broken carton quantity because we know that some fittings you might order are extremely odd and intended for a particular one time use, or may be large in size thus rather expensive.

The fittings you are ordering for a "keep on-hand inventory" should be ordered in carton quantities. When we have one of the Spears warehouses ship your order direct to you from one of their conveniently located warehouses, they will not break cartons. Customers should expect to accept full cartons in this situation.

If the occurances of broke cartons gets out of hand, or becomes abused, we may have to create an ordering rule in our pricing program which "upcharges" for broke cartons. But for now, we won't be making a price distinction.
